GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 - ORDERS
You acknowledge having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The confirmation of your order constitutes acceptance of these conditions. An email summarizing the order will be sent to you after confirmation of your order.
ARTICLE 2 - PRICE
2.1 - The price of our products is indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) or in euros (EUR) and includes packaging costs.
2.2 - Customs duties and/or other taxes may apply to orders placed from a country other than Switzerland and are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to obtain information from the competent authorities of your country.
2.3 - The merchandise will be billed to you at the price indicated on the site at the time of your purchase and order confirmation.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS
3.1 - Product availability
If a product is not available after the confirmation of your order, you will be informed by email and the order for the item will be automatically canceled. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible.
3.2 - Warranty conditions
Kito Kids products are guaranteed for one year, provided the item is used under normal conditions and upon presentation of the invoice.
ARTICLE 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
4.1 - As our products are handmade, customized, or made-to-order, they will be sent to you within 1 to 2 weeks from the confirmation of your order, excluding weekends, public holidays, and subject to demand. A confirmation email of your order will be sent to you automatically. Once your order is shipped, you will receive information to track your order.
4.2 - The delivery time also depends on the delivery address and the country. Please contact us via the email address on our site in case of delay or delivery problem.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT AND WARRANTY
5.1 - Payment of the amount indicated on your order form, made by the payment methods accepted by our site, will confirm your order.
5.2 - Our site uses SSL encryption. We have also strengthened all our scrambling and encryption procedures to ensure that all your personal data is effectively protected.
ARTICLE 6 - RETURN OF GOODS AND CONDITIONS
6.1 - You can return the products to us at your expense within 14 working days of receipt; the products must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a letter from you.
6.2 - If the product has not been used or damaged, the price will be refunded to you within 14 days using the method used for the initial payment.

7.1 - Your personal information and data are necessary for the management of your order. This information will only be shared with companies involved in the execution of services related to your order, such as its management, shipping, and payment.
