Frequently asked questions
Creating a Customer Account
Creating an account is simple. Click on the 'Login' icon at the top of the homepage, then select 'Create a new account.' Enter your name, email, and a password. You can update your information anytime, and we ensure your data is secure and never shared with third parties.
Changing Your Data
To update your details, log in and go to 'My account' > 'Customer Information.'
Forgot Password
If you forget your password, click 'Login,' then 'Forgot Password,' and enter your email. You’ll receive a link to reset it.
Password Requirements
Your password must be at least six characters long and include letters and numbers.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept advance payments, credit cards, PayPal, and Twint (for Switzerland).

Payment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is received.
Shipping After Advance Payment
For handmade or personalized items, shipping will occur 1-2 weeks after payment receipt. Return shipping costs are the sender's responsibility.

Customs
Please be aware of any customs fees that may apply. Kito Kids does not cover customs fees.
Order Tracking
Delays may occur due to item availability. Check your order status by logging into your account and navigating to 'My orders.'
Exchanging or Returning an Item
To return or exchange an item, email us within 14 days at contact@kitokids.com. Items must be new, unused, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase once the return is processed.
Adding a Product
Once your order is placed, you cannot add to or modify it. Please place a new order for additional items.
Canceling an Order
Orders cannot be canceled once processed. You may return items within 14 business days at your expense.
Changing Delivery Address
Delivery addresses cannot be changed after order finalization. If undeliverable, your order will be returned to us.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
For damaged items or incorrect orders, contact customer service with photos of the product.
