Create a customer account
Creating an account is simple. Click on the "Login" icon at the top of the homepage, then select
"Create a new account"
Enter your name, email address, and a password. You can update your information at any time. We guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.
Updating your data
To update your information, log in and go to "My Account" > "Customer Information".
Forgot password
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Login", then on "Forgot password" and enter your email address. You will receive a link to reset it.
Password required
Your password must be at least six characters long, including letters and numbers.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept advance payments, credit cards, PayPal, and Twint (for Switzerland).

Payment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is received.
Shipping After Advance Payment
For handmade or personalized items, shipping will take place 1 to 2 weeks after payment is received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Customs
Please note that customs fees may apply. Kito Kids does not cover these fees.
Order Tracking
Delays may occur depending on item availability. Check your order status by logging into your account and accessing the “My Orders” section.
Exchange or Return of an Item
To return or exchange an item, please contact us by email within 14 days at the following address: contact@kitokids.com.
Items must be new, unused, and with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be made in the same currency used at the time of purchase, once the return is processed.
Adding a Product to an Order
Once your order is placed, it is not possible to add or modify items. For additional items, please place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once processed. However, you can return items within 14 business days at your expense.
Changing the Delivery Address
It is not possible to change the delivery address after the order is confirmed. If delivery fails, the order will be returned to us.
Defective or Incorrect Products
For any damaged item or incorrect order, please contact our customer service with photos of the affected product.
