How can we help you?
Creating a customer account
It is very easy to create a customer account. Move your mouse to the top of the homepage over the “Login” icon to log in. On the next page, you can create a new account. You just need to enter your name, your email address, and a password. You can modify your personal data at any time. Of course, we ensure the protection of your data and will not share any information with third parties.
Modifying data
You can modify your personal information by clicking on “Login”. After logging in, you will see an overview of your account. You can modify your information in the “Customer Information” section.
Forgotten password
You can request a new password by clicking on “Login”. On the next page, click on “Forgotten password”, then enter your email address. You will then receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
Password requirements
Your password must contain at least six characters, including letters and numbers.

Currently, we accept the following payment methods:

- Twint (only for Switzerland)

Successful payment confirmation
How do I know, in case of advance payment, if my payment has been received?
Whether by advance payment, credit card, PayPal, or Twint, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been validated.
Shipping of products in case of advance payment
As some of our items are handmade or customized, the delivery time after advance payment is 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of payment.
The final destination may also delay the shipment.
