ARTICLE 1 - ORDERS

You acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The confirmation of your order constitutes acceptance of these conditions. An email summarizing the order will be sent after your order has been confirmed.

ARTICLE 2 - PRICE

2.1 - The price of our products is stated in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) and includes packaging costs.

2.2 - Customs duties and/or other taxes may apply to orders placed from a country other than Switzerland and are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to obtain information from the relevant authorities in your country.

2.3 - The goods will be invoiced to you at the price indicated on the website at the time of your purchase and order confirmation.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS

3.1 - Product Availability
If a product is unavailable after your order has been confirmed, you will be informed by email, and the order for the item will be automatically canceled. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible.

3.2 - Warranty Conditions
Kito Kids products are guaranteed for one year, provided the item is used under normal conditions and upon submission of the invoice.

ARTICLE 4 - SHIPPING AND LEAD TIME

4.1 - As our products are handmade, personalized, or custom-made, they will be sent to you within 1 to 2 weeks of the confirmation of your order, excluding weekends, public holidays, and subject to demand. An email confirming your order will be sent to you automatically. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive information to track your order.

4.2 - The delivery time also depends on the delivery address and country. Please contact us via our site’s email address in case of a delay or delivery issue.

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT AND SECURITY

5.1 - Payment of the amount indicated on your order form, made by the payment methods accepted by our site, will confirm your order.

5.2 - Our site uses SSL encryption. We have also reinforced all our scrambling and encryption procedures to ensure that all your personal data is efficiently protected.

ARTICLE 6 - RETURNING GOODS AND CONDITIONS

6.1 - You may return the products to us at your expense within 14 working days of receipt; the products must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a letter from you.

6.2 - If the product has not been used or damaged, the price will be refunded to you within 14 days using the method employed for the original payment.

ARTICLE 7 - PERSONAL DATA

7.1 - Your personal information and data are required for the management of your order. This information will only be shared with companies involved in executing the services related to your order, such as its management, dispatch, and payment.

8.1 - All texts, artwork, photographs, and illustrations on the www.kitokids.com website are protected worldwide by copyright and intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction or representation of the www.kitokids.com website is strictly prohibited.

8.2 - The trade names, trademarks, and product names found on the site are protected under trademark law. The reproduction or representation of all or part of any of these names or marks is expressly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any infringement of these property rights.
